1. Agreement

By browsing faithsmove.com, downloading a resource, or buying a book, guide or consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Ownership of content

All films, music, comics, illustrations, books, articles, photographs and course material published here are created by Faithsmove and remain our intellectual property, including work produced with the assistance of AI tools. You may read, watch, listen and share links freely.

You may not, without written permission:

• re-upload, resell or redistribute our books, comics, films, music or paid resources;
• remove watermarks, or strip attribution from any file;
• use our characters, artwork or written work to train or fine-tune another model;
• republish articles in full — a short excerpt with a link back is welcome.

3. Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and are processed by Paystack. Digital items are delivered by email or unlocked in your on-site reader immediately after a successful payment. If a delivery email does not arrive within an hour, contact us with your payment reference and we will resend it.

4. Refunds

Because digital files and reader access are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. If a file is faulty, unreadable, or was never delivered, email us within 14 days with your payment reference and we will repair the file or refund you. Consultation fees are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session; a commitment fee reserves your slot and is credited toward the engagement.

5. Training and consulting

Training sessions and consulting engagements are described on the services pages. Scope, dates and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. We share methods and templates in good faith, but results depend on how they are applied inside your own business.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, share reader links generated for your email, scrape the site at volume, probe its security, or submit false testimonials or spam through public forms. We may revoke access where these terms are broken.

7. Third-party links

The site links to external platforms such as YouTube, music services and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

8. Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithsmove is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its materials.
