1. Who we are

Faithsmove ("we", "us") is a creative studio and AI training practice operated by Faith Ozioma Peter, publishing at faithsmove.com. This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email faithsmove@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us. Your name, email address and message when you use the contact form, request a consultation, or claim a downloadable resource.
• Purchase details. When you buy a book, guide or consultation, our payment processor collects your email and payment details. We store the order reference, the item bought and the email used, so we can deliver your file and support you afterwards.
• Usage data. Standard server and analytics data such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device type and browser.
• Engagement. Anonymous like counts on articles, comics and videos. These are not tied to a named person.

3. How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (files, replies, bookings, receipts), to improve the site and its content, to prevent abuse of gated downloads, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional updates about new work. We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar storage to keep the site working (sessions, preferences) and to measure traffic. If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. 5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Card and bank details are entered on Paystack's secure infrastructure and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the transaction reference, amount, status and the email address used for the purchase.

6. Data storage and sharing

Site data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access restricted to the site owner. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site — hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing and, where enabled, advertising and analytics — and only to the extent required to perform those services, or where the law requires disclosure.

7. Retention

Contact messages and lead records are kept while they remain useful for supporting you, and are deleted on request. Order records are retained for accounting and support purposes.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email faithsmove@gmail.com and we will action reasonable requests promptly.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Some comics and stories are family-friendly, but accounts, purchases and downloads are intended for adults.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
